I saw this filing. I think the most important people on the Complainants witness list are from Qualcomm, LSI?, and Texas Instruments aka chip manufacturers and truly experts on IC architectures. If we assume these are not "hostile" witnesess and that the Respondents do not have the same witnesses on their list, then I'll venture to guess these witnesses are going to testify to the infringing nature of the 336 at the ITC. So what does Qualcomm, LSI, and TI get in return? A sweetheart license? That is my guess providing all goes according to plan at the ITC, which means an exclusion order, or at least an order excluding the specific products (can't remember the specific name).
