As many of my prior names have banned me from posting from work, all I can do is tell you from my phone there is an ITC filing where the Staff and Respondents determine the MSD should be allowed as they both want further clarification on Dr. O's comment using "entire oscillator." So the MSD is about the 336, although I agree in large part with the MSJ/MSD postings about strategy and an MSD is not indicative of an outcome because if you weee the Respondents, you would want every opportunity to attack your opponent. I also think the Staff and the ALJ want a fully transparent process to allow all facts to come to the surface. If we have the goods and are lawyers execute, we will hopefully "win." The opposite is also true.
