Over the last two 1/4 we are break-even... odds are we will get at least one or two more to settle... PTSC is at the lowest spending for operation ever... under 250,000.... now if they need to fund litigation that is where the concern comes in... PTSC continues to buy back stock....which to me tells me they have some confidence of victory... (or else they would keep the cash to feed thier salaries).... so it really comes down to what we already knew... it is all or nothing with the current litigation we have enough cash...
