I think they will be used fodr the trial, which can last 2 weeks and is only 5 to 6 odd weeks away. They are going to use these folks to generate illustrative graphic boards, etc., to prove their point, hence the graphic folk. NDAs so they are not consulted by 3rd parties about the information they will see and hear so they don't repeat it. Eg, TPL wants to reference arguments/documents/infringement designs etc and let the graphics folks know exactly what their intent and angle is freely knowing these "comtractors" can't repeat what they learn re this litigation and "tech".
