Trial decision. The catalyst I've been waiting for since the J3 settlement. Put some serious legal teeth into the MMP, our infringers will come in droves, in my opinion. Beating HTC would be huge.

No more settlements, after that. (hopefully) Just license negotiations, with royalties built into all of them..
