I don't see a whole lot of point in dragging this out (especially since I don't think my original post used the word "hidden". Could you check for me as I am on a less than perfect international connection?) but I can assure you that not only did Mr. Leckrone allude to a drawer, he leaned over and pretended to open the imaginary drawer. Anything in any drawer is hidden until revealed - I think that's a fact unless the drawer is made of a transparent material such as plain glass, and even then sesnitive documents would probably be in a folder or envelope. I don't have my notes to hand but this segment of his presentation and Q&A was in relation to licenses - indeed, pretty much of all of it was, unsurprisingly. Maybe the allusion was to licenses ready to pursue, licenses ready to sign or licenses already signed - or a mixture. I don't recall him clarifying at the time.
I'm neither changing the subject nor presenting fiction. If you were not at that meeting then please don't surmise anything - talk to any of the other shareholders who attended and see what their recollections are.
I was not attacking anyone. I was surmising ("maybe") a scenario which could explain how Qualcomm would publish details that many, including me, think could relate to their use of our MMP IP. Assuming (a rash idea at best) that Qualcomm took the sort of corporate steps a successful company would take before making such an announcement (and I would be surprised if they aren't aware of MMP) then a plausible explanation could be that a deal has already been done. If so, it is possible as part of that deal they were given approval to make such statements contingent on their good faith to proceed to complete the license which would probably be in a drawer somewhere, since confidentiality of such agreements is high on Mr. Leckrone's list of priorities.
I doubt that ANYONE with an interest in MMP, other than you it appears, would want to initiate a deep-dive independent judicial investigation of TPL with ITC just around the corner.
I will not be commenting further as I am preparing for a long journey, I leave for my first flight in 4 hours' time and I will not "surface" until just before the shareholder annual meeting.
