Karl Please clarify...

IMO, the 9 out of 10 claim Otteson is referring to is the earlier (Jan?) Markman we are all familiar with, of which the 9 out of 10 claims were already debated here earlier. I do not believe Otteson is referring to the ITC at all......The ITC Court has not even announced its Markman determination as of yet and I Seriously doubt Otteson would trumpet any news like this at the SHM before the ITC Court has publicly released the news.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
