Or was the vibe you got from the meeting that Judge Gildea (ITC) followed more closely to Judge Ward's (Texas) Markman construction view? Was Jim Otteson speaking in general terms when referring to Judge Ward and Judge Gildea, or was Jim O speaking more to the ITC Markman and Judge Gildea tracking more to Judge Ward re specifically the ITC Markman?
