Thanks for the link. Cliff did say the final results would be published within 48 hours and they have been. There was one person who presented her votes at the meeting, so that meant the numbers already gathered had to be reported as 'preliminary' at the meeting.
1 - As in previous years, can anyone shed any light on why the "Broker non-votes" count is so high at nearly just over 30%?
2 - Can anyone explain why the number of votes cast for or against Cliff Flowers is exactly 20,000,000 more than for the other two?
3 - Can anyone explain how the votes for Proposal 2 (Auditors) add up to more than the number of shares available to be voted? Is it possible that the reported "For" count is wrong?
