One can only hope that, if Agility is successful and settlements (ITC & NoCal) and damages (NoCal) come in then the amount of income to PTSC is significiantly more than Agility's fees.

Obviously(?) we don't know how Agility's reimbursement for a win is structured but a dozen or so lawyers costing a million a year (2,000 billable hours at $500) each for 2 years is $48 million which we have to hope is way below potential income.

PLEASE don't query the numbers! They are just to help explain the concept that the income to PTSC ought to (and needs to) exceed the negotiated contingency compensation plan.
