ease, I gave you a thumbs up on your post because I agree it's not PTSC - the company. I know what insiders are, but could you define random?

I think "someone" put in an order to buy a large number of shares at 10 cents and the mm's obliged them, then took the price back up. We'll see how it goes today.

After the SHM discussions I think PTSC at this price is a very inexpensive gamble for huge rewards.
