I agree, it wasn't "random buying". If you were watching, at the open we were headed South. Then there was one of those very rare occasions where Agora actually served its intended purpose. gcduck was kind enough to share new info: "Answer from Agility Regarding Our Expert Dr. O...", complete with excerpts. You yourself posted the entire text. So it wasn't necessarily "random buying" in the strictest sense.

It IMO was buying by those (e.g., Agora users) who were paying attention and, more importantly, recognized the significance. Speaking for myself, I was VERY concern about the dispute over admissibility of Dr. O's Supplemental. Inclusion of that Supplemental, from my understanding based on just reading excerpts, makes a huge difference towards our chances for success. Agility's agruments for inclusion are IMO very compelling - basically saying that the Supplemental deserves inclusion based on any of three factors. IMO, one huge element of risk eliminated. And on something that is potentially a "game changer".

Apparently a few others shared my view and had a little cash available. I was a buyer yesterday.
