What do you think the first paragraph of my post meant?

"I realize I was not as clear in the post I'm replying to as I should've been and it was brought to my attention via a PM indirectly, no one pointed it out but I now realize why there was a specific interpretation."

The discussion was not important to the board in general. Honestly, I was hoping people would comment on the substance of my post, not picking apart an irrelevant portion. Plus, I actually considered putting at the bottom of the post you replied to that people should think before they reply, but I didn't want to be that "guy." Well, next time ...
