I'm truly sorry. I did not intend to rob anyone of their original opinion, I was just sharing a thought I was having, without any detai, of course. Now that I look at the detail, however, it seems to me that the court may have already made up it's mind and threw out the supplemental so quickly because so; and of course, it's redundant.
