I hea ya and wish the same, so don't misinterpret my posts. I'm attempting to get some technical information and this is not the forum for that and I do realize it. The problem is there is no other forum for this kind of posting. I wish we had a couple microprocessor design engineers on this forum to discuss.

Lastly, we did have a "technical glitch" when producing our trial exhibits. Did we change them at the last minute to align better to the ALJ's claim construction? And I recognize that is "claim" conspiracy talk.

I could see a partial ruling of summary judgement against us while we continue against other products. Although it is all speculative ... Hurry up and wait!
