the actual trial in essence? If Gildea says the Respondents don't infringe we lose and appeal. If he says there is enough evidence to go to trial is he now saying they infringe in his opinion. The trial is two weeks away. No new motions as of now. I still think if we beat the SD we have at least half settle before trial. Not sure what a settlement conference is good for if you think that you still have a chance of winning a SD. Next week will be an eventful one IMO.
