One thing that struck me as interesting was that on the redesigned Alliacense website at the end of the ``How to get to the Headquarters`` hyperlink, the closing says ``Thank You`` in both English and Japanese.

Personally, I see TPL as being motivated to obtain MMP licensing settlements not so much for the PTSC warrants that are included in the TPL/PTSC agreement, but to finance the new ventures they are entering. Even if TPL favors Moore over PTSC, their intent to finance this new venture still fares well for us. Can`t expect the new business to be a money maker overnight.
