Any person can be named in a lawsuit, it does not mean he is betraying the MMP, it may be a scheme by the respondants to try to confuse the ALJ, knowing very well that if he is questioned, that he may stumble and incorrectly answer some questions.

IMHO the respondants are doing everything possible to win and that includes play a dirty card trick.
