Ease, Ditto...........

Personally i would take a slightly smaller settlement , only if we are allowed to disclose the settlement amounts......The exact oppossite of how we have been doing things..... No more shaking in our boots to settle........

I think that we are tired of all the NDA'S and the lame excuse that non disclosure is in our best interests.....

If we do beat the MSD, part of the settlement must let the world know what these company's stole and how they are being punished / amounts.....

Our other enemys will know that they will have to pony up too and fast..............
