<If infringers used a ring oscillator directly tied to the processor all on the same substrate there would be no defense for respondent's (basically ARM's method). It would be an open and shut case of infringement.

We agree to disagree on the above statement. To start with we are not talking ARM's metod. It is Qualcomm's method and TI's method. Senseless to go further, since we are on different wavelengths to be sure.
