I would love to be able to go although I have no idea if the courtroom is open and it is too short notice. I believe the Respondents would have time to settle with TPL prior to the Initial determination by the ALJ in September. I also believe they could settle before the final decision in January. I wish we had more access to the documents to determine what exactly is being argued with respect to the chips. The exact issue.
