Who knows what the future holds for PTSC. It was once rumored that our BoD promised Chuck Moore no settlement with TPL without a settlement for Chuck. It was believed that our BoD may have subsequently "thrown Chuck under the bus" when they settled without him. Chuck has since settled his lawsuit with TPL and is now receiving, I believe, $250K annually (from PDS) as a consulting fee. Who knows if PTSC was instrumental in negotiating a settlement between TPL and Chuck because the future of PTSC may ultimately be in a joint venture with GreenArrays.
