a bigger issue than we thought? There has been so much time and energy focused on claims construction and how strong the 336 is. However, isn't showing proof of a domestic industry just as important? If TPL fails to show a domestic industry, or fails to show it has invested as much in a domestic industry as previously stated......what happens at the ITC?

Ron....or anyone else with legal expertise...will you comment please? Am I way off base here?
