My source for my posting at 4:56 P.M. EST was your identified source. In fact, I did a cut & paste exactly as it was posted in the OTC Report you cite. See below.

What does this mean?....Apparently OTC Short Sales Report identified another 353K shares shorted later in the afternoon, from 632K to 985K shorts. From now on, I will wait until the evening before I quote the listed source. Lesson learned.

This makes a bad situation worse, IMO. OR, MM's shorted 49% of the volume to keep the price band narrow.
