MM caught with their pants down a little, IMO....They recovered and managed the price today pretty good considering the 2M upward in volume. The news on Friday was not widely disseminated to the general public, and is not the kind of information which would be published in many newswires normally.

Fact remains the MSJ DENIAL was declared period !!

More eyes are on PTSC, IMO. Potential investors will sift through the data/legal arguments on both sides more intently now and make their best bets, accordingly. Clearly, a major battle has been won, but not the war.

Will any of the Respondent's invest in PTSC to hedge their risks?...

If any of the Respondents settle prior to the conclusion of the ITC trial in Washington, D.C., this will provide additional momentum.
