I agree with your post..I suppose I could have used "BIT" instead,,However I did feel that he would be more meticulous in future cases,,as you stated in so many words. I Thought that this "Blemish" would be good for us as he would exercise more care in his future rulings,which would possibly work to our advantage,,especially since I believe we stand on the MORAL HIGH GROUND and therefore he should rule in our favor. IMO
