Obama's patent reform issues will not affect anything that is happening currently at the ITC and I would be surprised if we are fortunate enough to prevail at the ITC if anything materially affects the the MMP before its useful life expires. Whether or not it is good or bad is irrelevant at this point in time for PTSC. Let us refocus.
