Someone is accumulating at 10 cents. The large Bid & Asks have popped back up occasionally reinforcing the range in which we are trading. First week of trial is almost done. I believe all of the experts related to the technology have testified. The ~11 page Barnes & Noble MSD denial was made public. I'm waiting to see if the general MSD will be made public. I'm assuming it will and hopefully the issues are generally similar to the B&N issue. It will probably center around PLLs. If that Lurking fellow is still around from hears ago, it would be interesting to see if you still believe the same issue as before.
