Respondents claim that the PLL takes the 30 megahertz off-chip crystal clock and multiplies it by 100 to arrive at a 3 gigahertz on-chip clock.
We say the PLL is operating at 3 gigahertz and in order to align the phase with the off-chip crystal it is divided by 100 and then compared.
Clearly someone is telling a big lie. And it would seem that getting to the truth should be doable, unless the witnesses also lie and there is no documentation to prove differently.
And that might well be the expectation. While some late produced documents were not allowed into the trial, Otterson apparently believes they can be used to impeach a witness. Hope that is so.
