Everything gets passed to the consumer.

Electrical Energy Cost get passed on to the consumer, building nuclear power plants....gets passed on to the consumer.

The cost of OIL..... gets passed on to the consumer

Water....................gets passed on to the consumer

Air......................... (if its not already controlled it may be) costs will get passed on to the consumer.

Only way to avoid cost is not to use them.

The benefits of use outwiegh the costs.
