Mostly everyone is holding on to their shares.

IMHO: It will be sink, swim, or rocket propulsion as soon as ITC Rules.

I am hoping for the rocket proplulsion effect myself.

I do not think anyone in their right mind would want to bail on a stock that has a strong chance of prevailing at the ITC, nor would many risk selling shares then the stock increasing in a substantial increased amount that would leave the sellers wishing that they had never sold.
