Over measurement intervals longer than , (adjacent) pe- riod jitter variance becomes constant." <<<<>>>> I believe this is what Judge Gildea was referring to in Dr. O's expert report in the MSD when the Judge said he relied on Dr. O's statements about how modern day PLLs work. Which was also hopefully confirmed by the Texas Instruments' expert who was referenced in the updated witness schedule for testifying at trial. In that ITC document, it says the TI expert will testify before Dr. O to lay the groundwork for Dr. O's testimony. Hopefully this is enough.
