What makes you think it hasn't happened? Do you think the BOD would tell us if it did happen? I believe I heard Jim O. say that if there were settlements it would take about two weeks for the actual signing.( And then that does not mean that it would be disclosed to the shareholders right away..... that would be up to the BOD. And they may choose to wait. Not sure why they would wait except that would be more of the same pattern IMO )

That throwing out the 900 pages thing must have made someone think twice about staying in the game???
