I don`t know what to make of all of this. I do know that Moore and Fox had been working on that new chip for a long time. It seems to me that they could have marketed it without PTSC before this if they had wanted--unless they needed the patents combined beforehand.

Does anyone think there is still anything to the possibility that they are using PTSC as a shell in order to become a public company? I remember the idea was being kicked around for awhile. As for as I can tell, PTSC has hired only attornies and a finance specialist at this point. At any rate I think it is time that they call biajj to the meetings--they need all the help they can get.
