Your concern has merrit, I would not doubt that these patent thieve has sent lobbyists over to the white house to get Obama to sign on the dotted.

But we have to hope for the best, maybe Obama and his cohorts can see the benefits of investing in PTSC (just a joke) and swing out our way.
