1) management history--perhaps that is why DP was elected at this point

2) B&O case unresolved--although I don`t think we owe them a penny, they could be taken care of by just payng them off.

3) outstanding debentures--don`t know about that one. LOL, maybe biajj could share some insight as to how fast we could get out of the situation.
