No. And I haven't looked. I'm sure there is infringement, if only just a fraction of the total operating time.

I guess what you are saying is that the "entire'' construction only relates to generating a clock signal and nothing more. The variable speed clock in our patent is both an oscillator and a clock. The ALJ made that comment. Generating a clock signal proves it is an oscillator, but not sure it proves it is a clock. Perhaps that is where it gets a bit sticky?
