You can be "right" and still not win. It all depends on how it was explained, delivered, and understood by the court (not to mention any political or other outside influences).
Contrary to DL's "slam dunk" comment, there is no such thing..the original OJ trial should be a case study example in this regard. I am hoping for the best..otherwise why am I here? However, I am not sure we are in a "bet the farm" scenario (if one truly ever exists).
