I don't post often but do catch up here on my reading from time to time because of the many diligent info gatherers (Thank you BTW i am getting quite an education on chip design that i will never be able to use ). However, this post caught my attention because the math is not quite right.

Actually there were 560K buys and 560K sells... period. It is really very simple math. The only difference was the price.

That this stock can be (and has been) easily managed up, down or held in place by some number of small time market makers is nothing new because the stock is so very thinly traded.

If that makes it look "more grim" well then it has been "more grim" for the last several years.

It is worth remembering that the ITC is not the end game. The real end game will play out in NCDC soon (but likely not soon enough for most of the long timers here) The Markman's for the trial highly favor the company and this is not a secret.

The respondents lawyers know this as well. They are happy to pick up their checks and have things chug along. They are the real winners arguably even more so that Otteson and his crew when they win. The repondents lawyers had carry no risk in the outcome. They get paid win or lose, and given the size of their clients, they likely get paid very handsomely at that.

That aside, if having the Markman's come down in favor of our side (you are on our side right? ;-) is "grim news" then I suppose everyone with such views should sell all of their holdings to assure a large real loss rather than hold on to a current paper loss with a potential for a return to profit as quickly as possbile. I am certain there will be buyers for every share sold in such a panic

Personally I see this as a glass near empty with a real possibility for a full refill on the horizon.

That said, I suppose that a near empty glass is not very appealing near term to those investors with big thirsts that need immdeiate quenching.

The small time MMs who are presently active in this stock are ok with getting their "sips" from the glass as long as it trades any amount they can get their few bucks a day for beers with thier buddies.

Arrest your fear, friend and relax. Worry serves no real purpose if you are intent on holding to the end. If you have been in this stock for a long time you have much less to lose than you have to gain if things play out as it appears that they should.
