That sure would be good news.

A settlement at this point from the ITC 12 would be a very positive signal that the ITC trial went well from our point of view.

Also, consider this --- if we get a favorable ITC ruling, wouldn't that in itself prompt many (how many is the question) companies that are "on notice" of infringement to finally come to the table to talk turkey and settle?

In other words, it's not just the 12 companies in the ITC that are on the hook, they are big fish no doubt, but not the only ones.

Do we not we have "hundreds" of companies on notice?
