Just as a point of reference, TPL's hearing on the 841 case ended on 1/1//13 (last transcript post date).

At the end of January 2013 Fujitsu settled

Order 45 on 4/8/13 : ALJ extending the target date (for good cause) of the initial determination approximately 3 months from 9/2 to 12/2/13

On 6/17/13 Investigation was terminated wtih respec to Dell who settled
