Options can't be traded on penny stocks. Puts and Calls can't be placed. Where ever you're getting your information is wrong. Not even all stocks over $5 per share trade options.

If I'm missing something (I'm not) and you can actually place Puts and Calls Options on PTSC, let me know so I can go get some.

Also let me know what broker you use that will allow you to short PTSC.
