Years ago you could short PTSC or any other OTCBB thru Schwab. I've never shorted Patriot so I don't know if that is still the case, but it used to be that simple, assuming you had enough cash in your account to cover it. I do know that MM's can short, even naked short, any stock including OTC BB's.
