Order 63: Ordering shortened response time to complainants’ partially opposed Motion to Re-open record

On June 18, 2013, Complainants filed a partially opposed motion seeking leave to re open the record to admit certain exhibits. On June 20, complainants re-filed their motion, requesting a shortened response time in light of the upcoming deadline for initial post hearing briefs. Complainants say there is no other substantive difference between the amended motion and Motion Docket No. 853-064

The ALJ finds that a shortened response time is appropriate here and any responses to the motion to re open the record must be filed no later than 9am on Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Electronic courtesy copies must also be served on the ALJ’s attorney advisors by that deadline.
