I have read the shorting arguments the last few days and it sparked my interest into whom would benefit by supressing the PPS.
My theory is the big shareholders and the little guys who won't sell if the Company does a Dutch Auction. With this thinly traded stock a big shareholder could keep this down very easily. With just a few million shares they could keep any small runs from really appreiciating the stock by outperfoming the demand and keep momentum down and almost kill speculation because everytime a small victory is acheieved and the stock wants to appreciate it is met with a brick wall. The psyche of the speculative investor is worn down to the nub.
We never have got a valuation from the company. If the stock was trading at .15 cents when they announced a dutch auction. Would .25 cents be a number that you would unload shares?
