USA, Inc.; HTC Corporation & HTC America, Inc.; Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Huawei
Device Co., Ltd., Huawei Device USA Inc., and Futurewei Technologies, Inc.; Kyocera
Corporation & Kyocera Communications, Inc.; LG Electronics, Inc. and LG Electronics U.S.A.,
Inc.; Nintendo Co., Ltd., and Nintendo of America Inc.; Novatel Wireless, Inc.; Samsung
Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc., and ZTE Corporation and ZTE
(USA) Inc. (collectively, "Respondents") report that they do not oppose Complainants’ Motion
for Leave to Reopen the Record to admit certain documents related to Complainants’ deposition
designations for Respondents’ 30(b)(6) witnesses (Mot. Dkt. No. 853-065, hereinafter
“Motion”).
While Complainants’ Motion states that “[c]ertain Respondents” had objected to the
admission of exhibits listed in Exhibit B to Complainants’ Motion (Mot. at 3), those Respondents
have met and conferred with Complainants and have resolved all disputes regarding the exhibits
that are the subject of Complainants’ Motion.
Respondents understand that Complainants will be contacting the Administrative Law
Judge’s attorney advisor to seek guidance regarding submission of certain revised exhibits and a
corrected version of Complainants’ Final Exhibit List.
