i am sure, that would have meant another 5+ years of litigation with tpl.

and depending on the outcome, those 5+ years are a delay in going to trial with htc, acer and barco.

So the timeline to get a court ruling "value of mmp" would have been arround 2020.

I think the infringers would have been very happy, if ptsc would have gone this way, thinking about cash flow of ptsc.

do want to wait until 2020?
