I clearly understand your point. But, what choice does he have in the civil suits? To suggest it is worth big$ would cripple his defense. My point is they are not proven assets, so he can claim as such. I am sure the ITC respondents would recognize his tactic. If the judge declares infringement....then the mmp becomes a valuable asset no matter what Lecky says. I just feel it is not a big deal. We are not arguing the $ value of the mmp but rather that these companies infringe.
