So the question remains - If in fact what PTSC was as you described, who pulled the plug on him?

In addition, it remains unanswered to exactly what date this transpired, and if it affects his BOD seat.

Could the liability you allude to have been an expectation based on a condition laid down (I.E. How was the chemistry between Leck and LG?)
