Might Chuck Moore somehow be working on behalf of INTC in all of this? Not only did INTC get off with a small payment to TPL/PTSC but the new venture Intelasys looks like it might be a company that could license their IP to Intel leaving PTSC out of the loop. Is there a conflict of interest between TPL and PTSC here?
